For many, family extends beyond those who surround us. That's why Authentix Cedar Grove welcomes your furry, feathered or other favorite pet. All pets are welcome with pre approval - and no weight restrictions. Large breeds welcome, too! You'll enjoy meeting new friends at our leash-free pet playground and pampering your furry friend at our pet spa. Authentix Cedar Grove uses a unique Doggie DNA program to help control pet waste, so residents can enjoy a clean community.

Breed restrictions: While we understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family, the following purebred Guardian Breeds are restricted from our community: Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans. Some mixed breeds and other Guardian Breeds may be conditionally allowed. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals.
