When you submit an application with us we look at credit history, rental/ mortgage history, gross income (to see that you make 3x the rent), and criminal history. Please note that out of state applicants can have a longer screening timeline for the criminal history compared to in-state residents.

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move!
