Your water and sewer is billed 2 months in arrears. Once you receive your first water bill added to your rent statement you will then see that every month.
You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to us a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.
Yes, you may transfer with a 30-day notice and pay the transfer fee of 75% of one month's rent.
Yes, if you are on a month-to-month lease we will need a 30-day notice prior to vacating, however, if you are fulfilling a longer lease we require a 60-day notice prior to vacating.
That is an area where you can add any income that you have coming in consistently or on hand outside of your main source of income that contributes to your annual earnings.
Should I put what I bring home after taxes? Everything we calculate is before taxes, so make sure to submit your gross income.
